                       Yes, it’s true. I was a mess. I was overweight, tried all kinds of diets that didn’t work, craved sweets and was totally and completely out of  control. Vegetables were very bitter to me. I almost had to spit them out before I could swallow them.My doctor had me on 4 different prescriptions to address the various ailments that I had due to my lifestyle choices and poor nutrition.  I would drink liquid diets to try to lose weight while the rest of my body was crying out for food. It was horrible. Painful. I tried everything to lose weight. Nothing worked. I just slowly gave up and let myself sink into the horrible abyss of depression. So, yeah, I know what you’re going through. I’ve been there – done that.
